Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the TapEquity application and website (the "Service") operated by Sierra International Network Inc. ("SINI", "we"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. Workers who perform services also accept the separate Marketing Services Agreement with Equity Compensation inside the app; that agreement controls the work and the compensation.

1. Accounts

• You must be at least 18, provide your real date of birth, and provide true information. One person, one account; one business, one business account.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, use automation, share credentials, or appear not to belong to a real, unique person or business.

2. Two kinds of accounts

• Worker accounts perform marketing services and are compensated in SINI shares under the Marketing Services Agreement. Workers never pay SINI anything to use the Service.
• Business accounts buy advertising plans and campaigns for money. Businesses do not earn shares through the Service. Fees, plans and refunds are shown at purchase; campaign content must be lawful, truthful and must follow the advertising rules of each social platform and of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.

3. Content you publish

You own what you post. You give SINI and, for campaign or product content, the sponsoring business a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, display and distribute it for the purposes of the Service and its marketing. You must not post anything unlawful, defamatory, misleading, infringing, hateful, or that discloses another person's private information. Community alerts must be truthful and must not identify private individuals by name, licence plate or address. We may remove content and withhold points for content that breaks these rules.

4. Points, shares and no financial advice

Points measure accepted services only; they have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. Shares are issued only under the Marketing Services Agreement after identity and tax verification. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and nothing is a guarantee of any value, price, listing or market. Any purchase of SINI shares by anyone happens only under SINI's own securities offering documents, outside this Service.

5. Advertisements and notifications

The app may show clearly labelled first-party sponsored content after a daily session. Viewing, opening, or skipping an advertisement does not earn or reduce points or shares. Google rewarded ads are not used. Push notifications are optional and can be turned off in Settings or on your device.

6. Acceptable use

No bots, scrapers, automated posting, purchased followers or engagement, VPN or proxy tricks to create multiple accounts, reverse engineering, security testing without written permission, or interference with the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, icons, mascots, text and code belong to SINI or its licensors. The names and marks of businesses belong to them.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law SINI disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any amount above the greater of US$100 or the fees you paid to SINI in the previous twelve months. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; in that case they apply to the extent permitted.

9. Termination

You may initiate account deletion at any time in Settings or at https://tapequity.app/delete-account. Access and notifications are disabled when the request is accepted. We delete associated data unless a specific legal, fraud-prevention, shareholder, tax, payment, or agreement-retention obligation requires us to keep a limited record; we will explain retained categories. Sections 3, 4, 7, 8, 10 and 11 survive termination.

10. Governing law and disputes

California law governs. Disputes are resolved as set out in the Marketing Services Agreement (good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration in Orange County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association), except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
